Pamela: Thank you so much for being a guest on my blog, Dr. Fox. Could you please tell us when and why you began interpreting dreams?
What a thrill it was to be on the Unlocking Your Truth with Dr. Lesley Phillips! Do you wonder why your emotions are so intense during a dream? Is what you’re feeling real or an illusion? Or are these repressed emotions that you refused to deal with during the day?
Are you baffled by a dream’s meaning? Do you enjoy practicing yoga? Combined them both in a unique way to do dream interpretation. Please do this method at home.
Here’s how to do a yoga interpreting dream session:
Dreaming of a deceased loved one is quite common; however, it can cause confusion on whether it was an actual visitation or just a dream. Snakes are a common symbol in dreams, yet there is no one size fits all meaning. Every person has their different life experiences, beliefs, traumas, obstacles, and ways of interacting with people that seeps into their dream life. This is why it’s important to figure out your dreams special symbols and unique interpretation.
The same is true of snake bites; for instance, a snake trainer will respond differently than a teenage girl. Your emotions also are a gigantic clue; who knows, maybe there’s a person who enjoys being bitten by a snake?
Whenever I write a blog on a specific symbol, I always remind my readers of how important your emotions are in a dream. Your feelings are key to understanding the true message, which is why I always ask my clients what they felt in the dream.
Let’s play around with my theory by using the following three examples:
A big thank you to Katherien Lundin for her contribution of her third guest post. Enjoy!
In dreamtime we all go to many places and some of these places can evoke a myriad of feelings that we may or not be feeling during present day waking moments.
